56th National Inter-School Team Chess Championships 2015


25 Students from the Hildan Chess Club took part in the 56th National Inter-School Team Chess Championships 2015 held at the Overseas Family School on Tuesday  (17 November 2015). Although the competition was postponed due to the General Elections, the students kept up their momentum with training sessions.

Led by Islina and Norseha on competition day, our students showed great determination and perseverance in the many rounds of competition which lasted the entire day. 

They did St. Hilda’s proud  with the following achievements: 3 of our teams achieved 2nd place for East Zone :)

We are glad all our pupils walk away from the competition with an enriching experience !

67th National Schools Individual Chess Championships 2015

Students from the Hildan Chess Club took part in the 67th National Schools Individual Chess Championships held at Pasir Ris Sports Hall on Tuesday  (17 March 2015) and Wednesday (18 March 2015).


The following students did Hildan Chess Club proud  with the following achievements:
